Shipping Policy

LALABEAUTY MNL shall be booked via courier (Grab or Lalamove for Metro Manila, GOGO or LBC for Provinces). LALABEAUTY MNL shall coordinate with the client initially before booking any delivery courier, this is to make sure that the client is available to receive the items or an authorized person shall receive it on behalf of the client. A tracking reference/number shall be provided by LALABEAUTY MNL once the ordered items are dispatched.

The client should provide correct information of the receiver, LALABEAUTY MNL shall not be liable if the courier wasn’t able to contact or deliver the items due to wrong contact information or inability to receive the items upon delivery. Rebooking of items due to failed delivery shall be shouldered by the client.

Items purchased during Sundays shall be processed the following day for delivery.

Delivery lead time may vary depending on the location of the receiver. Likewise, delivery may be delayed for whatever reason, LALABEAUTY MNL shall not liable for changes in the delivery schedule of the product.
