Items which have defects may be returned for replacement. However, the item should remain unused and in the same condition and packaging upon delivery. If the items are found to be used/damaged or missing any parts upon inspection, the client’s right for return and exchange shall be forfeited. If a replacement is unavailable during the time of return, we shall provide you with the option to wait for the new stocks’ arrival or provide you with alternate designs which is similar to the client’s purchased product. Defects should be coordinated to LALABEAUTY MNL within 3 days after receiving the items.

Items may be returned for size change but shipping cost for both return and delivery shall be shouldered by the client. For item exchange, the product should be brought to us first before we can provide the replacement.

Request for replacement due to change in design preference is allowed, however we don’t provide refund if the preferred replacement is cheaper, similarly, the client will need to transfer additional payment for items which are more expensive.
